And we verify the professional and personal references of the candidates we recommend. When it comes to staffing solutions, that means taking the time to make sure the candidate that starts work turns out to be the right one after just a few weeks on the job. ELI’s Temporary to Hire program, with a no-risk trial period, gives you that flexibility. Just because an ELI contract employee is on the job doesn’t mean our work is done. We monitor their performance on a continual basis, making sure we provide you with the highest level of service. |

What if I don’t like the people ELI is sending me? |
 |
ELI clients know and understand that the person identified will be just what they’re looking for. Guaranteed. Our promise to you: the employee(s) assigned to your company will perform the services and duties assigned to him/her and as requested by your company management. If the employee is terminated from your company or leaves of his own volition before the initial 30-day guarantee, simply send us written notice. Upon receipt of this information, ELI will replace the employee at no additional cost or issue a pro-rated refund based on the length of time of employment. |

How does a company work with ELI on staffing projects? What are the fees and how are they structured? |

At ELI, merely filling a position is never enough. Our process, well-defined and proven to work, includes applying the knowledge of your needs to an interview designed to more closely match those requirements. The result: a much closer fit than might otherwise occur in more traditional staffing assignments. Typical fee arrangements include: Permanent Placement - The fee is based on the salary of the candidate hired. Have more than one position open? Ask about our reduced fees package for multiple placements. Contract Staffing – ELI hires the candidate and bills your company weekly for hours worked. Because we want our employees to be happy and productive on the job, they are offered a
comprehensive health care plan and 401K program, plus other benefits. And after six months on the job with you, there are no additional fees should you decide to hire one of our contract employees.
