How long do the assignments last?
That will depend entirely on the needs of our clients. Our job is to match you with the right position for you. If you tell us you’d prefer a longer assignment with full-time hours, we’ll do our best to find that exact match. But the length of assignment is ultimately a client decision.
How will I get paid and when?
Contract employees get paid every other week, usually through direct deposit into your checking account, or through a check mailed to your home. For contract employees, pay is usually calculated on an hourly basis at an agreed-upon rate, although some positions are salary. If we “direct place” you into a company, you’ll be paid according to the client’s payroll policies.
